Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

  2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  3. Assist with budget preparation and monitoring to ensure financial stability and efficiency.

  4. Perform financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

  5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in financial reporting and record-keeping.

  6. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial guidance and support for decision-making.

  7. Participate in audits and other financial assessments to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

  9. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.

  10. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  2. Previous practice experience of at least 3 years is necessary

  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

  4. Proficiency in accounting software ( EUROSOFT) and MS Office, especially Excel.

  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
