This role involves maintaining daily accounting records and preparing cash flow reports for banks. The successful candidate will be responsible for bank and PSP reconciliations, as well as customer, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations for small to medium-sized companies. They will also need to respond to ad-hoc requests from seniors and supervisors and collaborate effectively with other departments. Meeting internal and external deadlines is a key part of this role.

Main Role:

• Preparation of the daily cash flow reports for banks;
• Prepare banks and PSP reconciliations;
• Maintain accounting books and records on a daily basis and ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate, and timely manner;
• Performing customers, vendors, and intercompany reconciliations for small and medium-sized companies;
• Being able to undertake ad-hoc requests from seniors/supervisors;
• Having a good understanding and making good use of the various available tools;
• Good communication and collaboration with other departments;
• Ensuring that internal/external deadlines are met.

Candidate Profile:

• LCCI Higher Diploma or University Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in the Financial Services industry will be considered as an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel;
• Fluency in the English language, oral and written;
• Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
