About the Role:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and you will be responsible to develop and execute a clearly defined Social Media strategy in a manner that supports Marketing initiatives while increasing brand equity and online presence. This position is responsible for, planning, managing and conducting all Social Media platforms to achieve corporate objectives while ensuring a consistent Marketing message and strengthening our position in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Campaigns;
• Crafting content;
• Posting content in Social Media Accounts;
• Analyzing running campaigns;
• Engaging with customers and followers on different channels;
• Be on top of the latest Social Media trends;
• Communicate effectively with the Management and the Content Developer;
• Use Social Media marketing tools such as SocialPilot and Hootsuite
• Use Design tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canvas and CapCut;
• Define KPIs for Social Media Campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media or any related field;
• 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role;
• Familiarity with the Fintech/ Banking/ Payment industry will be considered as an advantage;
• Exceptional knowledge of leading Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn;
• Portfolio on Social Media campaigns handled in the past;
• Copywriting skills will be an added advantage;
• Fluency in the English language, oral and written;
• Good knowledge of the Russian language will be an advantage;
• Good time management;
• Organizational skills;
• Able to multitask.
