Role Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and eager to grow their career in social media within the FX industry.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to achieve marketing goals
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all social media platforms
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and conversations relevant to the brand
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
Analyse social media performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trend and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Media or a related field
1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation, with a portfolio showcasing storytelling ability and audience engagement.
Experience in the FX Industry will be considered an advantage.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for adapting tone and style to various platforms and audiences
Proficiency in major social media platforms and familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools and their respective audiences
Strong ethical understanding of social media practices, with a focus on building positive and respectful online communities
Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for storytelling, with a knack for turning everyday moments into captivating content
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) will be considered an advantage
