The successful applicant will work as part of a talented team of software development professionals tasked with developing cutting edge, web-based user interface tools and software solutions for the financial markets. Our client is seeking candidates who are educated to degree level in Computer Science or other closely related fields, who possess proven experience working with C# and/or Java, along with strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS knowledge. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Developing trading systems, reporting, monitoring, internal modules, and risk management portals.
• Delivering reusable, maintainable, well-documented software while adhering to company code style policy.
• Working within time constraints to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve possible defects.
• Share your knowledge with the rest of the team.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Computer Science or another relevant field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Strong C# and/or Java skills with a solid grasp of OOP, data structures and design patterns.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS knowledge.
• SQL/NOSQL database query experience.
• Proficiency with frontend MVVM frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular, Knockout or similar will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with real-time web applications is desirable.
• Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
