Bybloserve Management Ltd, an affiliate of I. Frangos & Associates LLC, is a well-established Corporate Service Provider and is seeking to recruit an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Larnaca:

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring and handling corporate legal matters (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues etc.)
• Administering the set-up, liquidation and ongoing legal matters for entities in different jurisdictions
• Liaising directly with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other national and governmental abd regulatory bodies
• Providing guidance on corporate law and regulatory matters and conduct legal research on such topics
• Drafting of all types of legal documents and agreements
• Reviewing contracts, transactions and operational matters to guarantee their legal compliance
• Drafting resolutions/minutes, loan agreements, shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement and other agreements
• Reviewing corporate documents and providing legal opinions and advice
• Communicating with clients in relation to task execution
• Liaising with the Civil Registry & Migration Department: preparation of visa applications, review/collection of supporting documents, submission to the competent authorities, following through until completion
• Acting in utmost confidentiality for all client business and firm related matters
• Delegating task, providing guidance and monitoring task completion
• Liaising with internal departments, to collect required client information, respond to legal inquiries or provide assistance
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required by supervisors and the management

Requirements:

• University Degree in Law
• Member of Cyprus Bar Association
• Minimum of two years of experience
• Excellent proficiency of the English and Greek language (oral and written).
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team of diverse professionals
• Ability to use critical judgement
• Highly attentive to detail.
• Master’s egree in law or relevant field will be considered as an advantage
