Career Opportunity
We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and hard-working individual for the position of Software Administrator at our Nicosia office. This is a great opportunity for any graduate or junior level wishing to work in a professional environment with the opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Perform first level user support for firm’s software
Maintain process flow, configuration, operation, and user documentation for software
Provide documentation of all processes and training
Ensure correct system operation by running technical, functional and integration testing and conducting capacity analysis and system evaluation
Analyse and understand business processes and requirements in order to identify gaps and improvements
Reporting and managing of data
Requirements
BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant subject
Excellent knowledge using Excel in order to manage and gather data to produce reports
Knowledge working with Oracle JD Edwards ERP or similar ERP system will be considered an advantage
Ability to prioritize and effectively work on multiple projects or tasks according to deadlines
Able to understand and execute report requests from management or suppliers
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Proactive individual with attention to detail and eager to adapt to new technologies
Project management experience will be considered an advantage
