Career Opportunity

We seek to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and hard-working individual for the position of Software Administrator at our Nicosia office. This is a great opportunity for any graduate or junior level wishing to work in a professional environment with the opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform first level user support for firm’s software

  • Maintain process flow, configuration, operation, and user documentation for software

  • Provide documentation of all processes and training

  • Ensure correct system operation by running technical, functional and integration testing and conducting capacity analysis and system evaluation

  • Analyse and understand business processes and requirements in order to identify gaps and improvements

  • Reporting and managing of data

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant subject

  • Excellent knowledge using Excel in order to manage and gather data to produce reports

  • Knowledge working with Oracle JD Edwards ERP or similar ERP system will be considered an advantage

  • Ability to prioritize and effectively work on multiple projects or tasks according to deadlines

  • Able to understand and execute report requests from management or suppliers

  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

  • Proactive individual with attention to detail and eager to adapt to new technologies

  • Project management experience will be considered an advantage
