Position: Shop Assistant
Location: Limassol City Center
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Salary: €1,400 - €1,650 Gross per Month(8 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our patrons.
• Knowledgeably answer questions regarding our bakery products, coffee selections, and menu items.
• Efficiently manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Ensure the café is clean, well-maintained, and inviting - including both customer areas and service counters.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking supplies and products as needed.
• Promote our ethos of quality and community, embodying the spirit of Nomad Bread and Coffee in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in retail or food service is preferred, but we are open to individuals with a passion for learning and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items and the ability to explain menu offerings to customers with enthusiasm and detail.
• Manage the point of sale system, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, and ensure proper billing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly café environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the café, including preparation areas, customer seating areas etc.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, with availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
