The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. The role requires a deep understanding of the Forex market, digital marketing, and the ability to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Fluency in English is essential; and any additional language skills will be considered a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Create and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Forex industry.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of digital campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Provide regular reports on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience gained working in the Forex industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are essential.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the Forex industry.
