Night Receptionist(Part Time)

Minthis is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and client-oriented part time Night Receptionist to join our growing team of people. The Night Receptionist will be responsible for the smooth operation of Front Desk operations during night, including but not limited, to check-in /check-out guests at night, assist Guests with overnight requests/enquiries or complaints, complete all end of the day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation tasks as appropriate, handle emergency & security issues with the assistance of Minthis Security.

Requirements:
• High School diploma
• 2-3 years of proven experience as Night Receptionist at a 5* Hotel.
• Customer service orientated.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Greek & English. Knowledge of any other language (i.e Russian and German) will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and reservation/ front office software programmes (Opera).
