ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Risk Manager with Dealer experience.

You will work hand in hand with CEO and COO in order to design and implement a risk management plan and a dealing desk structure.

As Risk Manager, you will have one of the most strategic roles: ensure the efficient risk management policy and participate in the development of building the dealing desk.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and measuring the risks affecting the business.
• Monitoring the company’s risk exposure and, where required, challenge decisions or proposed changes.
• Monitoring price feed to ensure smooth pricing on MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
• Configurating MT4 and MT5 groups.
• Monitoring reception and transmission of orders to ensure proper execution.
• Reviewing client trading activity to identify abusive trading.
• Performing routine monitoring tasks to ensure system performance.
• Recommending and setting of internal risk controls for day-to-day management of business.
• Drive cross-functional projects, including IT, Compliance and Business Development teams.
• Knowledge and experience with liquidity aggregators like XCore or oneZero.
• Training on new products or procedures and support to the team.
• Creating different reports in Excel.
• Reporting directly to Management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management or Dealer or Trading department roles.
• Strong knowledge and interest in Forex trading area.
• An ability to prioritize, between markets, teams, stakeholders and partners.
• Strong commercial and legal negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset who can imagine new business models and think outside the box
• Ability to work closely with internal teams, notably Legal, Back Office and Operations to solve problems.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional knowledge of Excel and strong mathematical skills.
• Strongly attentive to details.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and wish to grow.
• Work permit.
