The University of Limassol is seeking to engage visiting or special teaching faculty to teach part-time, the following courses for its prospective MSc in Real Estate (modular system of delivery).

  • Construction and Sustainable Development

  • Development and Town Planning

  • Real Estate Valuation

  • Real Estate & Property Management

  • Real Estate Marketing & Sales

The University of Limassolis the evolution of the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), a renowned graduate business school operating since 1990. UoL’s mission is to provide an inspiring teaching and learning environment as well as to generate and disseminate new knowledge through frontier research and innovation.

Terms and conditions:

Upon employment, the selected applicants must be able to teach one or more courses in the Limassol or/and Nicosia campuses of the University and follow the University’s learning and teaching processes. All in-person graduate (Master’s) programs of UoL follow the modular system of course delivery: of 4-8 evenings (6:30-10:00 pm) and 1-2 Saturdays (9:00-5:00 pm).

Remuneration competitive depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications required:

  • Preferably a Doctorate or a Master degree (with industry experience) in Real Estate Valuation or Real Estate Management, Construction or related area.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; prior teaching experience an advantage
