M.S Networx was established in 2004 aiming to provide the latest technology and IT solutions to all small and medium businesses in Cyprus, by helping our customers overcome any problems associated with IT thus helping them focus on their core business. Over the years we gained valuable experience and we have partnered with all major software and hardware vendors allowing us to offer efficient, reliable and scalable solutions.

With customers in the legal, financial, retail, manufacturing, government and betting industries in Cyprus and Abroad we have established a growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers.
• Accurately identify and diagnose issues based on the information provided.
• Perform remote troubleshooting on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Install and configure hardware operating systems and applications.
• Forward unresolved issues to the next level of the support team.
• Complete other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Ability to understand, diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• qualifications or training in IT, Computer Science or a relevant field
• knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows Server, and IP telephony will be considered an advantage.

Benefits:

• €26,000 Annual Gross Salary (13th Salary included)
• Provident Fund after 6 months of employment
