The successful candidate will be responsible to communicate with customers via phone and electronic platforms to provide information, process inquiries, address concerns, and handle requests. Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to clients in an effective and clear way
• Assist in collecting and managing client documentation as per company policy.
• Provide information on the KYC procedure and required documentation.
• Translate client queries and requests for the company.
• Coordinate with AML/Compliance departments for client onboarding and due diligence.
• Collaborate with brokerage and back-office departments for client support.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and follow up on interactions.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Direct unresolved issues to appropriate resources.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English languages, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and service orientation skills.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally.
