The Conflicts Team of the Central Risk Department of Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus is seeking to recruit an Administrator, at the level of Associate, based in our Nicosia office.

The Team

The Central Risk Department is handling matters pertaining to Compliance; Regulatory; Anti-Money Laundering (AML); Ethics; Anti-Corruption; Independence and Risk Management for the entire Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus region. This is a unique opportunity to engage in cross-border collaboration with Deloitte professionals across the Deloitte network, broadening your knowledge and building your competencies and skills.

The Administrator Role

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, among others:

  • Responsible for processing conflict checks in respect of new business opportunities.
  • Coordination between engagement teams and relevant parties, which also involves liaison with other Deloitte member firms where there are multi-jurisdictional aspects.
  • Issuing conflicts clearance/Follow the process of conflicts clearances and decisions.
  • Other conflict administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable University in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
