CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-known and respected retailers of technology-related products to consumers across the Island, we are seeking to recruit a Multimedia Designer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content for both digital and print mediums, as well as producing engaging animated videos and motion graphics. You should be educated to degree level in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or another closely related field, and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role. Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential, and any knowledge of InDesign will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of animation software such as After Effects is required. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Create captivating visual content for both digital and print mediums using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Produce engaging animated videos, motion graphics, and GIFs to support marketing campaigns and website content.
• Develop and manage website banners, ensuring they align with our brand identity and convey our messaging effectively.
• Design and optimize landing pages on our websites to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Create visually appealing email templates and graphics for email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare high-quality graphics for catalogues, flyers, POS and other print materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to ensure design materials meet project objectives and deadlines.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in multimedia, graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential, any InDesign knowledge will be consider as an advantage.
• Knowledge of animation software and techniques (e.g. After Effects).
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and multimedia projects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for Landing page design and website maintenance will be consider as an advantage.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
