The Role

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new 3CX Partners
  • Maximizing revenue in existing 3CX Partner Accounts
  • Conducting Partner Visits
  • Organizing and hosting Partner events
  • Delivering engaging sales webinars
  • Maintaining a minimum of 10 hours of talk-time per week
  • Providing comprehensive monthly reports
  • Working Hours: 4pm - 00:30am (Nicosia, GMT+2)

About You

Must Have Skills

  • Native-level fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive learner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across departments.
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking, with high energy and drive.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales.
  • Passion for IT, telecommunications, and technology.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in channel sales, including selling via Distributors and VARs.
  • Knowledge of the VoIP/PBX industry.
