CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Events Management & Full-Service Marketing Agency with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Marketing Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling our client’s services, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with major customers to ensure a consistent flow of sales revenue, managing intricate negotiations with senior-level executives. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role, including proven experience in sales, with a deep understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals. Experience in B2B sales is mandatory, ideally within the marketing industry, along with strong networking skills to establish connections within the industry and generate leads. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on experience and qualifications including bonuses based on performance, commission plan and medical insurance coverage.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Generates revenue by selling Marketing Agency’s services.
  • Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with major customers to ensure a consistent flow of sales revenue.
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide prompt and timely responses, maintaining open and professional long-term business relationships with clients. Proactively follows up on all business leads.
  • Builds and maintain a strong professional network within the industry to leverage for business development and partnerships.
  • Skilfully manages intricate negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Actively employs multiple methods to identify a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process and is adept at both initial sales and portfolio retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, conveying client feedback and requirements to internal teams for service improvement.
  • Formulates action plans to meet quarterly goals and updates these plans alongside financial objectives.
  • Identifies new markets and business opportunities to boost sales, representing the company at various events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for the company's services.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role for approximately 3 years.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a deep understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in B2B sales is mandatory, ideally within the marketing industry.
  • Strong networking skills to establish connections within the industry and generate leads.
  • Ability to source and identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills with confident telephone manner.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and prospects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and information to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client requirements, and industry trends.
  • Highly self-motivated and results oriented with limited supervision.
