CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of vehicle GPS Tracking Services in Cyprus offering a wide range of services from anti-theft security services to entire fleet management solutions, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will perform a variety of administrative tasks designed to facilitate the smooth running of the office, including scheduling installation appointments for technicians, coordinating with clients to ensure smooth deployment of services, and preparing contracts for prospective customers. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry is essential, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of marketing principles is desirable, and you will need to be fluent in both Greek and English, and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule installation appointments for technicians and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth deployment of services.
  • Prepare contracts for prospective customers and assist in the documentation process.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, technician reports, and other paperwork.
  • Post occasional marketing content using internal tools to promote company services and offerings.
  • Provide basic level support for customer inquiries received via phone or email.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the company.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles is desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is required.
