CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Events Management & Full-Service Marketing Agency with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing creatives, encompassing email and social media designs, article headers, banner designs etc... Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold an academic background relating to Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a similar position. You should be familiar with InDesign, Adobe XD and Figma and have proficient knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develops creatives encompassing email and social media designs, article headers, banner designs, etc...
• Collaborates with copywriters and the creative director to refine designs for final production.
• Incorporates feedback to amend designs effectively.
• Designs visually compelling visuals for advertising campaigns.
• Acts as a brand guardian, ensuring the visual identity remains beautiful, inspiring, and aligned with the brand.
• Ensures final graphics and layouts maintain visual appeal and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Creates both static images and gifs, tailored to specifications.
• Produces event materials such as posters, flyers, social media graphics, email newsletters, and other promotional items consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
• Develops event branding and visual identities that reflect the company's overall branding and messaging.
• Collaborates with the events team to design visually engaging stage setups, signage, and on-site branding materials.
• Designs presentations, proposals, and other visual aids to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Keeps abreast of design trends and technologies to maintain the company's visual designs' freshness and competitiveness.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a similar position is essential.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (with a specific focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Knowledge in In design, Adobe XD and Figma.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.
