Sixt seeks to recruit a Parking Agent (042) who will be responsible for the Airports parking area, in particular for the delivery and collection of vehicles.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Customer reception at the Parking Area and vehicle delivery.
  • Management of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Performing the corporate check-out procedure on PC/mobile device for checking the vehicle's optimal. conditions before putting the vehicle into use.
  • Complete management of the procedure for checking the vehicle's optimal conditions upon return.
  • Sending the vehicle for washing or any maintenance, respecting the timing of the service.

Your Qualities:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is appreciated (preference for experience in the car rental sector).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and stress management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms.
