The successful candidate must have previous experience in the Fintech industry as a media buyer and must speak Portuguese. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and professional company.

Responsibilities

• Identify the target audience for a specific media campaign and determine the most effective communication strategy for that audience.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with foreign digital publishers and online advertising platforms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and optimal online media spaces.
• Optimize and monitor the advertising campaign’s effectiveness to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
• Develop and manage online campaigns, conducting in-depth data analysis and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet lead quotas in alignment with the monthly advertising budget.

Requirements

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Experience in roles such as Affiliate Managers, Campaign Managers, PPC Managers, Media Buyers, Online Marketing Managers, etc.
• Essential analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently, self-motivated, and adept at problem-solving.
• Highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
