CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Support Officer (Night-Shift) to join their growing teams based in either Limassol or Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for responding promptly to client queries through chat systems and emails, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround time, resolving client misunderstandings, and handling challenging situations with a polite and professional demeanour. You should hold previous experience in customer care or another relevant field, and possess excellent client handling skills, with a focus on providing quality service during night hours. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package which includes a competitive salary, provident fund, discretionary bonus based on company's and personal performance, up to 25 days holidays per year and more. The hours of work are from 23:00 to 07:30 (Friday & Saturday off). Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Respond promptly to client queries through chat systems and emails during night shifts, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Resolve client misunderstandings and handle challenging situations with a polite and professional demeanour.
  • Directing unresolved issues to designated people and/or departments; communicating and coordinating with them and responds to clients requests accordingly.
  • Promoting the products and services offered by the company to the clients by means of chat system and e-mail.
  • Providing feedback on the development of the products and services offered by the company according to the interaction with clients during night hours.
  • Keeping up to date with promotions and products offered by the company.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all instances.
  • Complete service-related tasks as assigned by the manager during night shifts.
  • Reviewing clients’ documents in the KYC system and replying to client emails related to account verification during night hours.
  • Requesting relevant documents from clients in case they are not provided.
  • Following and keeping up to date with new internal procedures.
  • Always act at the best interest of the company and cooperate within the team and with other departments to provide a high standard of customer service.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Experience in customer care or any other relevant field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.
  • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong customer care skills.
  • Excellent client handling skills, with a focus on providing quality service during night hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently during night shifts.
  • Business acumen.
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills, especially valuable during night shift operations.
  • Hard working and able to cope under pressure.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
