CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Financial Technology solutions and services to the iGaming & Online Casino industries, we are seeking to recruit a CRM Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role managing and improving customer relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention. You will work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to create and execute effective CRM strategies. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally possess approximately 1 year of previous experience in a relevant role within the Online Casino and/or Sports Betting industries, with excellent communication and client service skills in English.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your knowledge of casino players to segment our customer base for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and personalized offers, to maximize player engagement.
  • Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for improving player experiences and increasing retention.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with players, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and feedback.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance our services and offerings.
  • Assist in the creation and management of promotions and loyalty programs designed to retain and reward our players.
  • Generate reports to track the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in a CRM role within the Online Casino and/or Sports Industries is essential.
  • Strong understanding of casino player behaviour and preferences.
  • Applicants with any understanding of sports betting player behaviour and preferences are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
