CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-known and respected retailers of technology-related products to consumers across the Island, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will oversee the overall sales performance across multiple store locations, with a particular focus on IT and Telecommunications related products. Our client is seeking applicants who hold proven sales and business development experience within the Retail domain, with any previous experience gained within the Information Technology field considered an additional advantage. Fluency in verbal and written Greek and English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with retail stores in relation to sales performance and potential issues.
• Close cooperation with the HR department regarding any staff issues that need to be resolved including recruitment needs, staff training and staffing allocation across store locations.
• Running sales reports and achieving sales goals and targets per product and per store.
• Identifying areas improvement in the sales function, maximising revenue generation and profitability.
• Frequent visits to stores to ensure client service is conducted in an effective and professional manner.
• Responsible for overseeing the monthly mystery shopping results and adopt methods in order to improve customer service in stores across Cyprus.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background relating to Business, Business Administration or similar is desirable, but not essential.
• Proven sales and business development experience within the Retail sector is essential.
• Any previous experience with the sale of Information Technology related products and services is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English.
• Client focused with outstanding leadership skills.
• Ability to travel across Cyprus for work purposes and store visits.
• Able to produce and analyse sales reports.
