We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Brokerage Officer (24/5 Shift Rotation) to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Monitor the functioning of all trading systems and platforms, including MT4/MT5.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints and requests related to trading.
• Continuously monitor the flow of transactions of all HFM clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Monitor activity in world markets to identify critical market events.
• Conduct competitive analysis on products and propose improvements.
• Create analysis reports on client trading activity as required.
• Ensure the company's hedged exposure is accurate and correct.
• Prepare reports for management regarding trading operations.
• Troubleshoot any issues arising in day-to-day trading operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Economics, Finance, or relevant field.
• Graduate applications are welcome.
• CySEC certifications would be considered an advantage.
• Must be able to work shifts (Monday - Friday).
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Keen interest in financial markets and familiarity with the economic calendar.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel or SQL would be considered an advantage.
• A team player with an enthusiastic approach to new challenges.
