We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fintech solutions, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and driving strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development processes.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership in defining and achieving product goals aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide Product Managers and Associates in executing product strategies.
• Lead the prioritization and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with long-term business objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee the product launch process, ensuring seamless rollouts and successful customer adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, designers, sales, Business Analysts, and Product Operation Specialists, to bring products to market effectively.
• Develop comprehensive user personas and user stories to understand customer needs and behaviors deeply.
• Translate user needs into detailed product requirements and specifications using Jira for tasks, and Confluence for documentation.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvements in collaboration with the development team.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and market gaps.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the fintech industry, contributing to the company's culture of innovation.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of trading products, affiliates, and payment processors within the fintech landscape.
• Professional certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum Master/Product Owner) would be considered an advantage.
• Experience with wireframing and mockup design tools for User Flow Charts and UI/UX i.e. Figma, Moqups, Balsamiq.
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Deep passion for fintech and a commitment to driving innovation in the industry.
