We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Group Head of Internal Audit to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Develop and execute independent quality assessments of internal audit activities through consistent applications of methodologies and professional standards.
• Assist with annual audit planning, enabling the relevant departments to prioritise and allocate resources.
• Identify and assess potential risks to the organization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for process improvement.
• Act as a technical resource to educate teams regarding professional standards and how suggested changes will improve results.
• Conduct training sessions to increase awareness of internal controls and requirements.
• Foster a culture of ethical behaviour and accountability within the organization.
• Maintain accurate and organized audit reports and documentation in a clear and concise format.
• Summarizing all findings and recommendations to communicate the results to the shareholders and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain effective networks outside of company with professional organizations to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
• Actively participate in special projects and department initiatives from an audit perspective, where required.

What You Bring:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field.
• Professional Certifications in ACCA/ACA and/or CIA are highly desired.
• 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Experience within a regulated company on a global scale is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attentiveness to detail.
• Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
