Georgiou and Prasanna Ltd., a well-known Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Larnaca.

Job Description

• Handle Ongoing Legal cases.
• Responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel and support to our organization ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.
• Responsible for the general corporate administration function of allocated portfolio including for example, corporate secretarial duties such as preparation of minutes, resolutions, POAs.
• Communication with the Registrar of Companies, lawyers, banking and other institutions.
• Be familiar with the e-Filing system of the companies registrar.
• Very good awareness of the AML compliance requirements and able to apply relevant judgement and such requirements in practice.
• Communication with associates, agents, clients daily in order to accommodate their legal administration needs.
• Assist management with any internal reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• LLB degree
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
• Fluent in Greek and English language;
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
