Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Control and management of subcontractors and suppliers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
• Direct communication with clients
• Various office administration tasks
• Client support via phone and email
• Inspection of the buildings, externally and internally
• Visiting government authorities (for payment etc.), such as Municipalities, Water Board etc.

Requirements for the position:

• Russian language is a required, English and/or Greek is a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Communicative, friendly, user and team-oriented, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in a customer’s service field is desirable
• Driving license
