CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading online marketing platform that connects people to the adverts and services that they need, we are seeking to recruit a Programmatic Account Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing programmatic activities, analysing performance data, and making real-time decisions to maximize ROI. Our client is seeking applicants who have 2+ years proven hands-on experience in programmatic platforms, including account management and optimization in the fields of Push, Native, Display and comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic landscape, including Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, and ad networks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration package based on skills and experience. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Oversee and enhance activity across diverse platforms to ensure they achieve specified performance goals.
  • Oversee A/B testing, bid optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and data providers, while also managing contract negotiations and agreements.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • BSc in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven hands-on experience (2+ years) in programmatic platforms, including account management and optimization in the fields of Push, Native and Display.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic landscape, including Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, and ad networks.
  • An analytical approach with proficiency in evaluating campaign metrics and utilizing data insights to enhance performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Good project management abilities with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple partners concurrently.
  • Self-driven and capable of functioning in a high-speed setting. Innovative thinking to devise new strategies to augment the overall media purchasing efforts.
