CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established, regulated Financial Services & Payment Institution with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Financial Sales Consultant to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be a result–driven sales professional, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding designated sales targets. You will primarily be responsible for promoting the company’s services to corporate and institutional clients. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a relevant role, who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English. Previous experience in the Banking and/or Financial Services sector in Cyprus will be considered a significant advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Promote the Company’s services to corporate/institutional clients.
  • Identify potential corporate clients through research and leveraging personal networks.
  • Arrange and attend business meetings.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between existing and new clients and the Company.
  • Assist new and existing clients in account opening and obtaining all necessary KYC documentation.
  • Attend networking events in Cyprus and/or abroad.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or another relevant field.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant sales and business development role.
  • An existing network of relationships across Cyprus is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong selling and customer support skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English to a business level is a must.
  • Time management and good organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in the Banking and/or Financial Services sectors in Cyprus is highly desirable.
