Job Summary: As an HR operation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the unique opportunity to gain vast business knowledge in a very short time. You will be responsible for managing and handling a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Job location: Nicosia, Cyprus (hybrid can be an option)


  • Talent Acquisition: Spearhead the recruitment process to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Assistance to CEO: Provide vital support to the CEO, assisting with various tasks and projects.
  • Preparation of Reports: Compile and analyze data to prepare insightful reports for top management.
  • HR Tasks: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as employee contracts.
  • General HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment - Advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in English.
