Main role and objectives:

As a Restaurant Hostess at Lordos Beach Hotel you will have a key position in the effective running of the Restaurant & Bar operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, while providing inspirational service and ensure our guests receive a high quality, personalised service.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner following company standards.
• To give fast, efficient and polite service to the maximum of your ability.
• To deliver 4* deluxe service to our internal and external customers.
• Have a strong understanding of your primary role being the well being of the guest and their satisfaction through your personality and interaction.
• To promptly handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner and ensure that all details are communicated to the managers immediately.
