CareerFinders, on behalf of client, a CySEC regulated Investment Firm with expanding operations in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Client Lifecycle Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, from onboarding to retention and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality customer experience that aligns with our business goals and regulatory requirements. You should be educated to degree level in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field and possess approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategies for managing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, maximizing client engagement and retention.
  • Analyse client behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and personalized client interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and address client needs effectively.
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a smooth start for new clients.
  • Implement targeted communication and marketing campaigns to different segments of the client base.
  • Monitor and report on client lifecycle metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the financial services industry and regulatory changes, adapting strategies as necessary.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 of experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful client relationship strategies.
