ABOUT THE JOB

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and analyze communication channels of the business development team, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide real-time guidance to business development representatives to optimize communication strategies and enhance conversion rates.
• Utilize expertise in the forex industry to assess customer interactions and suggest tailored approaches for effective engagement.
• Collaborate with business development managers to identify areas for improvement in communication techniques and develop targeted training programs.
• Conduct regular reviews of recorded calls, emails, and chat transcripts to ensure adherence to compliance standards and company policies.
• Generate comprehensive reports highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline communication processes and enhance overall business development team efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks related to communication monitoring, documentation, and reporting.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Excellent command of the Portuguese and English Language.
• Extensive experience and deep knowledge of the forex industry.
• Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to improve conversion rates through effective communication strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Willingness to take on administrative tasks related to communication monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business development teams and management.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Business Development Communication Monitoring Specialist will report directly to the management team, providing regular updates and insights to support strategic decision-making.
