Kids Club Attendant (Seasonal)

JOB PURPOSE

The Kids Club attendant will ensure the smooth running of the Kids Club and Crèche , and will follow the programme of animation and activities in the most efficient and effective manner. Reporting to the Kids Club supervisor He/she will deliver the highest possible standards of service, entertainment and satisfaction to all children and parents, through the effective management of the department’s equipment and provisions. He/she will also be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving the department activities in accordance with Hotel policies, procedures and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Nursery Nurse Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Loves children
3. First aid certificate will be considered an additional advantage.
4. Good knowledge of English is a must and preferably some knowledge of Greek or Russian. More foreign languages will be considered an additional advantage.
5. Full training is given, but experience in a similar role will be considered an additional advantage
6. Creative thinking skills.
7. Very good communication skills.
8. Pleasant and friendly personality, reliable, enthusiastic and polite.
9. Flexibility on working schedule is a must.
