Founded in 1978, the company imports and distributes selected DIY and home improvement products for professionals and individuals who love craftsmanship, quality, smart solutions and favorable prices.

The position

A Sales Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of the department and the achievement of the department’s goals. Some of the main duties include:

• Sales promotion of the department.
• Cross-sell promotion of products of the department
• Promotion of products on sale
• Efficient customer service.
• Preparation, management & control of customer order forms and/or offers for correct and timely completion.
• Coordination, supervision and monitoring of the department's work, so that they are performed with precision, quality and within the predetermined time frames.
• Continuous effort to improve processes and systems and effective change management.
• Ensuring the department’s inventories are correct and complete.
• Ensuring effective implementation of the company's Health and Safety policies and procedures

Required skills and experience

• Good knowledge of Greek and English.
• Graduate of High School or Technical School
• Experience in a similar leadership position for at least 3 years
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office program (Excel, Word)
• The following are desirable (not necessary):
  • Degree or diploma relevant to the duties
  • Knowledge of the Russian language
  • Basic knowledge of the department's products
