CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Group of Companies operating in the Forex and Cryptocurrency verticals, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing operation here in Cyprus. Offering fully remote working conditions, our client is seeking applicants with the ability to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth, identifying potential strategic partners, alliances, and channel partners to expand the company's reach and market presence. You will need to possess a proven track record of success in Business Development, Sales, and/or Account Management, gained working in a B2B environment within the FX and/or Financial Services sectors. Your target markets will include Europe, UK, Asia, South America & South Africa. Our client will offer a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package to the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Analyse market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and channel partners to expand the company's reach and market presence.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements to leverage complementary strengths and drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and other business development activities.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An academic background relating to Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- A proven track record of success in Business Development, Sales, and/or Account Management preferably in a B2B environment within the FX or Financial Services sector.
- Knowledge of the Financial markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision makers.
- The ability to develop new geographical markets for the company across Europe, UK, Asia, South America & South Africa.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; any additional language skills will be considered a plus.
