CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established Financial Services Group offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies, we are seeking to recruit a CRM Marketing Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. In this role you will effectively implement CRM strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields, who possess proven experience in Email Marketing, ideally gained working within the FX and/or Financial Services sectors. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) and with marketing automation tools, along with strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design and coding are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute email marketing, push notification and SMS strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
• Design, code, and test responsive email templates and optimise them for deliverability and user experience.
• Segment email lists based on user data and behaviour to personalise and target email campaigns effectively.
• Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and business developers to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends in email marketing and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably in the FX and/or Financial Services sectors.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design and coding.
• Experience with email segmentation, personalisation, and automation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
