CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well-known and highly regarded Law Firms with expanding operations in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. In this role you will oversee the development and execution of a marketing plan that suits an international law firm aspiring to be the very best in their field. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 5+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally gained working in a relevant industry sector. You will supervise and support a small team of marketing and design professionals, and will need to have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are essential. This represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and talented marketing professional to play a key role in the ongoing development of one of Cyprus’ premier law firms. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Promote the company services through different channels, legal directories, landing pages, and website whilst maintaining consistency of brand identity.
• Conduct regular research for up-to-date global events, current news & legislation, analysing new marketing trends and evaluating new promotional ideas.
• Provide suggestions and new ideas to management to promote company services with continues improvement of business promotional model.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing campaigns, such as budgets, expenditures, research, and development appropriations, create campaign projections.
• Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing projects.
• Attend meetings, liaise with associates, visit exhibitions and/or conferences for purposes of promoting business activities, representing the firm in a professional manner, and developing solid relationships.
• Managing ongoing communication and coordination of marketing activities and establishing a solid network of strategic partnerships.
• Overseeing the production of materials such as e-signatures, signs, labels, slogans, business cards, photo presentations, gifts and other promotional material, brochures, and pamphlets etc..
• Reviewing of all the content prepared by team members, for social media, legal submissions, website page descriptions, campaigns, newsletters, printed materials, and presentation slides.
• Collaborating with Human Resources in support of company culture and growth, team building events and activities, corporate social responsibility, and the production of material.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background relating to Marketing, PR, Communications or another closely related field is highly desirable.
• Approximately 5+ years of proven marketing experience gained working in a relevant service orientated industry sector.
• Strong experience with online marketing practices.
• Experience with Legal submissions will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with Hootsuite, Jira, Confluence, WordPress and Mailchimp will be considered an advantage.
• Dynamic personality and quick decision making which drives the team forward.
• Able to delegate tasks, coordinate projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Motivated and inspiring, friendly, with a positive personality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Greek.
• Professional with strong presentation skills.
