As Client Support Manager, you will establish and supervise a newly created team providing support to our clients for services related to CFDs, cryptocurrencies and shares.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient, high quality and friendly support to clients
- Mentoring and guiding the client support team
- Evaluating the team and identifying training needs and strengthening performance
- Evaluating and Improving client support procedures
Key Requirements
- Pride in quality of work
- Ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Excellent management of time of self and team
- At least 2 years’ relevant managerial work experience
- Languages: Excellent command of English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
