As Client Support Manager, you will establish and supervise a newly created team providing support to our clients for services related to CFDs, cryptocurrencies and shares.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient, high quality and friendly support to clients
• Mentoring and guiding the client support team
• Evaluating the team and identifying training needs and strengthening performance
• Evaluating and Improving client support procedures

Key Requirements

• Pride in quality of work
• Ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Excellent management of time of self and team
• At least 2 years’ relevant managerial work experience
• Languages: Excellent command of English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
