Our ESG and Sustainability services team within our Assurance service line is seeking to recruit dynamic and high calibre professionals to join us at multiple levels (from Assistant Consultants up to Senior Consultants), based in our Nicosia or Limassol office.

The Team

Our ESG & Sustainability Services team works with both local and international clients across a wide spetrum of sustainability engagements. The team works in a flexible and supportive environment and is comprised of highly motivated individuals genuinely passionate in this field. The Role

The successful candidates’ key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Support our clients across industries in:

  • Adhering to sustainability regulations both in Europe (eg. on CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR) and to International standards and disclosure frameworks (eg. ISSB, TCFD, GRI)
  • Performing impact and financial materiality assessments on sustainability matters
  • Assessing the maturity and defining short and long-term Sustainability ambitions and strategy
  • Building a Sustainability reporting roadmap and operationalizing sustainability reporting
  • Designing and implementing sustainability change initiatives across ESG Governance, Data & Controls
  • Providing Assurance (ISAE3000) over non-financial information / ESG assurance

Be responsible for:

  • Producing high-quality work products and collaborate with your colleagues to deliver a superior client experience
  • Business development (incl. assistance in the deployment of our commercial ESG strategy, organization of workshops, etc.)

During your tenure as a Sustainability Consultant, you will work with international teams on international client engagements and demonstrate and develop the ability to understand how ESG factors and various sustainability related developments and initiatives impact clients across different industries.

Requirements

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with sound skills and knowledge in ESG and Sustainability reporting. Nonetheless, we also encourage applications from experienced auditors who have a keen interest in sustainability, as well as from candidates with a technical environmental background who wish to be involved in ESG and Sustainability reporting.

The successful candidates will need to have:

  • 0-4 years of relevant working experience (depending on the hierarchical level)
  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable University
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • A structured, result-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial, creative mind-set
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.

The following will be considered as an advantage:

  • Experience in advising clients on insights and long-term value creation
  • Experience in Sustainability reporting standards e.g., GRI Standards, TCFD, SASB
  • Awareness of ESG regulatory requirements such as EU Taxonomy, SFDR and CSRD
  • Experience in the field of decarbonization strategies, impact measurement or Carbon accounting
  • Qualification / Certification in Environmental Management, Sustainability or other related subject
  • Relevant experience in non-financial reporting and ESG Strategy engagements
  • Knowledge of Greek language
  • Academic qualification in Environmental Management, Sustainability or another related subject
