CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding technology provider to the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will need to possess a strong background in the casino industry, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the Curacao licensing regulation. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing affiliate partnerships, ensuring the success of the online casino brand. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with affiliates, implementing marketing strategies, and driving traffic to the platform.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand our partner network. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and revenue generation.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Curacao licensing requirements and ensure all affiliate activities adhere to the licensing regulations.
• Monitor and report any changes in the licensing framework to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and ensure affiliates have the necessary tools to promote our casino brand successfully.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as player acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing prompt and efficient support to address their queries and concerns.
• Regularly review affiliate activities to ensure compliance with our marketing guidelines, responsible gambling policies, and other regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the online casino landscape.
• Responsible for budget allocation and cost control related to affiliate marketing efforts. Monitor expenses and ensure effective resource utilization.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven work experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online casino industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Curacao licensing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based advertising models.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software and marketing analytics tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Multilingual abilities would be an advantage, especially English and any other widely spoken language.
