On behalf of our client, a Group of Companies which constitutes a leading automotive distributor in the Cypriot market, we seek to recruit a high calibre professional for the position of Brand Manager, to be based in Nicosia.


The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales performance within the framework of a specific Brand, ensuring the achievement of the predetermined targets, market share and financial results.

More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst others:

  • Develop and maintain full knowledge of all brand products, available services, accessories, prices and key features and understand competitors’ vehicle features, benefits, and potential shortcomings
  • Oversee the development and/or execution of sales growth strategies, sales plan and budget
  • Ensure significant lead generation for the brand; chase and conclude on key sales opportunities for the specific brand
  • Monitor sales process (i.e. initial customer contact and reception, determination of need, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
  • Review target achievement on a continuous basis and take corrective actions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., manufacturer(s), retail network, etc.) to increase market awareness and obtain market/competitor intelligence
  • Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution
  • Keeps clients, sales, and service staff abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits
  • Work closely and collaborate with marketing team to support marketing activities and campaigns
  • Manage, train, motivate and monitor sales team performance and provide guidance
  • Support the department on day-to-day’s marketing and sales activities and ad-hoc tasks as deemed necessary
  • Execute any other relevant tasks / responsibilities assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in any other related field
  • At least eight (8) years of sales experience in the Automotive industry
  • Highly motivated and able to work under their own initiative
  • Advanced communication and presentational skills
  • Advanced management skills and negotiation skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent market awareness
  • Strong numerical and forecasting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English languages
