About the position

The Sales Manager (Product Line - Hi-Fi Products) core responsibility will be the management of the whole product management cycle, including opportunity detection and creation, product marketing development, recognizing the needs of different vertical markets, and using all necessary resources to successfully close the project. You'll be working closely with vendors and central product, and business development managers of ASBIS Group as well as with our current and new customers and partners.


  • Defining sales strategy, pricing, and brand promotion (Networking Products) in Cyprus.
  • Development and implementation of an approach to distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels.
  • Collecting sales forecasts and planning sales.
  • Developing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Negotiations with clients.
  • Organization and execution of shipments of goods Sales plan implementation.
  • Development,approval, and implementation of promotional offers.


  • Previous experience in selling IT products and/or consumer electronics is a must.
  • Experience in the Retail segment with a demonstrable (proven) track record of developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets.
  • Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Retail market understanding, experience, and ability to deliver new and effective business opportunities for the Company.
  • Excellent personl presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • IT literacy - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
