Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media and Communications Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring industry trends, staying informed of relevant developments, and creating engaging social media content and campaigns to enhance customer engagement. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to implement communication strategies that drive customer growth and foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for our client's social media platforms and other digital channels
  • Develop and maintain various communication channels and materials.
  • Monitor media alerts and relevant publications for industry insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement digital communication strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital communication campaigns effectively.
  • Produce scripts and content for marketing videos.
  • Write company announcements and news articles on key developments.
  • Ensure all content adheres to company standards and style guidelines.
  • Generate timely reports for all communication campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A very proficient speaker of the Greek and English languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategies, content creation, and industry best practices.
  • Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work creatively and innovatively.
  • Graphic design skills are advantageous.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Social Media management or a related field.
