Our client, a leading Group in the automotive sector in Cyprus representing top brands of luxury cars, is looking to recruit a Brand Manager.

The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales performance within the framework of a specific brand, ensuring the achievement of the predetermined targets, market share and financial results.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities, and product expansions and/or launches.

• Collaborate with key business partners (executives, marketing team etc) to develop program strategy.

• Influence business performance by identifying/ driving marketing levers.

• Accountable for budget management and the delivery of KPIs and agreed targets.

• Implement market research, agree objectives, implement strategy, collate results.

• Develop and support planning documents and internal communication.

• Obtain market/competitor intelligence and customer preference information.

• Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, display, and product information to convey the desired image of the brand and the company.

• Study market trends and cosumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management.

• Manage, train, motivate and monitor sales team performance and provide guidance.

• Execute any other relevant tasks/responsibilities assigned.

Skills/Qualifications/ Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in any other relevant field.

• Minimum 5-10 years of related experience.

• Experience of developing a strategic business and delivery plan.

• Advanced management skills and negatiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & Powerpoint,

• Strong written and verbal comminication skills in Greek and English languages.

The position is for the offices of the Client located in Nicosia, Cyprus

Remuneration:
