Duties and Responsibilities
- Office management
- General secretarial duties
- Customer service and support to company associates through of telephone, email, social media, etc.
- Update of the CRM
- Coordination of meetings
- Basic book keeping and office expenses recording
- Management of invoices, receipts and payments
- Distribution of marketing material (both digital and hardcopy) to associates of the company
- Perform tasks outside the office, such as in the Tax Office, the Land Registry, the Municipality of Larnaca, the Social Insurance and anywhere else required
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Great computer skills (Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent English & Greek necessary (other languages such as Arabic and Russian will be considered an advantage
- Multitask abilities
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
