Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office management
  • General secretarial duties
  • Customer service and support to company associates through of telephone, email, social media, etc.
  • Update of the CRM
  • Coordination of meetings
  • Basic book keeping and office expenses recording
  • Management of invoices, receipts and payments
  • Distribution of marketing material (both digital and hardcopy) to associates of the company
  • Perform tasks outside the office, such as in the Tax Office, the Land Registry, the Municipality of Larnaca, the Social Insurance and anywhere else required


  • High school diploma
  • Great computer skills (Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English & Greek necessary (other languages such as Arabic and Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Multitask abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
