CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative company operating in the gaming industry, we are seeking to recruit an Arabic-Speaking Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client’s market presence in Arabic-Speaking regions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Our client is seeking applicants who possess proven Sales and/or Business Development experience, ideally gained working in the Gaming industry. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and a strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities is essential. A native level of Arabic and fluent English is a must for this position. A highly attractive remuneration package is available to the successful applicant, as well as relocation support to Cyprus for the right candidate.


Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the presence in Arabic-Speaking regions, with a primary focus on increasing market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Possess a deep understanding of our gaming products and services, staying updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, while providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • If applicable, lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting performance targets, and providing guidance and support for their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations, both remotely and in person when necessary.
  • Use data and metrics to assess sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.


Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Cyprus if not already located here.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the gaming industry with a deep understanding of gaming products and trends.
